Xoom payments from Ireland

I do not trust this company !!! , Payment from Ireland, done on the 30 March 23, 1 payment was deposited, but the other payment not . Then They say that I did not sign the yearly mandate. Then they reply that they phoned the mandate and it was updated and payment is scheduled - NO DATE GIVEN . When I phoned, they said there is a problem on Zoom side and cant tell me when it will be solved - This sounds very suspicious !!!!!!
