I purchased item online from this store on 23/11/2023. They confirmed order the same day. I tried contacting them via their email to do a follow up on my order but it seems I have been ghosted. I'm not sure what to do. There is no number to contact them. My order number for my purchase is 3821. Please can you assist in any way
