****med **** Purfume With No Scent / In Orginal Sealed Packaging

PLEASE BE AWARE of the purfume stand (AZ Purfumes #2 Sunninghill) near the escalator, close to the ATM machines, directly opposite the bedding shop in sunninghill village shopping center.

Theres a small stand that sells purfumes that are similar dupes of orginal scents. I unfortunately had the worst customer experience.

I purchased the Barakkat Rouge 540 purfume

Moments after purchasing it i decided to spray the Barakkat Rouge 540 and i was stunned, there was absolutely no smell, the bottle was just filled with a liquid that had absolutely no scent after being sprayed.

I Immediately took it back to the stall but was very quickly told by the polite salesman that i have to call cell phone number *** and talk to the owner of the stall, because he could not do anything as his just a salesman and he has to get permission from his boss first before he can offer any aftersale assistance.

I called the number and the owner answered and i explained to him that the purfume had absolutely no scent whatsoever and that i had previously purchased the exact same purfume from his stall a few months back, but this time the purfume has no scent at all.

He told me he will not exchange the purfume or give me a refund or let me swap it for a different purfume of the same price, his only solution was that i leave the purfume behide and come back the next day because he needs to smell it himself first, before he can even consider exchanging it or offering me a refund.

I explained to him that i dont live in the area. He then said that there is no other way and started to give me attitude. He then dropped the call.

I immediately called him back and this time i told him that im going to call the police because i dont live in the area and that i have payed for something that has absolutely has no scent to it. He then said i can call the police because he will not be answering my calls again and then he ended the call.

I attempted to call him a few times thereafter but he refused to answer my calls.

I then escalated the matter to the shopping security who then brought it to the attention of the shopping center's management.

They were polite and attempted to call the owner in the hopes that he would be willing to offer another solution since i dont live in the area and its his stall that sold me a defected product with absolutely no scent, but they were told the exact same thing by the owner.

I was absolutely stunned that this matter couldn't be resolved and the attitude i received from the owner was rude and unnecessary when the matter could have easily being resolved by simply offering me a refund or simply replacing the defective purfume / or allowing me to swap it for another purfume of the same value.

Please be careful before purchasing from this stall. The packaging will be sealed and in excellent condition, but the purfume might have absolutely no scent, not sure what liquid is being filled in the bottles. Please BE AWARE and warn others to avoid this stall.
