Ayonotic Artistry might have ****med me

I am currently having difficulties with communicating to Ayonotic Artistry. If anyone could help me go about it tyle right way, I don't want to humiliate any black businesses but I am very frustrated about the treatment that I am getting from the company which promised to deliver my portrait hi me before the end of April 2019. It's May, no portrait and no feedback when I ask for my deposit back. I am not in South Africa at the moment and I believe in communication but when I am the only one initiating the process I feel ****med. I have evidence of initiated communication and I don't want to send them to Twitter.com
