********** Sale by Ayoba Real Estate

My house was to be auctioned. I approached Ayoba Estate Agent (Miska Theron) she said the investor will pay the auctions to stop the auction. They will sell the house for me and pay the bank. She said the investor wants 40% of the proceeds and I was only to happy to have the house sold. She asked me to sign that I agree to the 40%. The erf number was incorrect on the paper she gave me to sign and she corrected it and I signed. That was the only paper that I signed. This was a deceased estate and my late husband did not have a will so Vezi & De Beer were appointed as executor of the state. I asked her on numerous occasions about the proceeds of the sale as I saw in the local paper that the house was sold for R750000. When she realised that I contacted my lawyer she then transferred approx. R46000 into my account. I requested a break down but to no avail. I then got documentation from Vezi & De Beer that her husband Mr Truter the investor bought the house and they sent me a copy of the deed of sale with my signature on it. I did not sign the deed of sale. The bank was offered R370000 and they only paid R265973.51. I report this to the police station and spoke to Detective George - he phoned another estate agent and she said that it was not the correct procedure. Afterwards I received no joy from Detective George - I reported this to the Ombudsman of the Estate Board i.e. Nqobile Felicity Thwala/Mpho Kgasago - this was dismissed. I reported it to the Cape Police Ombudsman i.e. Edward Baily - also dismissed as they all said they do not see any ********** acts. My signature was forged on the deed of sale (is this not **********). Please be careful when dealing with Ayoba Real Estate.
