We also have a problem with Ayoba real estate, we bought a house in Westridge in August, we didn't sign with any of the owners Mnr Nigel Murray. We just went to go sign OTP at there office. And once at. Sp attorneys and once at. SP daily attorneys we never went to sign with the owners we never saw the owners.

NOW we have a problem this isn't the house we viewed. The house is vandalize every thing is broken in the house he Mnr Truter put tenants in the house,while we didn't know we were supposed to love in 31st October 2019 and the house was occupied with tenants. We came here. Mnr Truter broke down the doors the tenants used the house as a drug house the neighbors said Mnr Truter never said anything. His wife Mishka was so rude with my husband and I quote "YOU A ****ING POLICEMAN CAN'T YOU BRAKE THE GARAGE DOORS" IF WE DID THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR BABY TO FIX THE GARAGE DOOR. They never gave us a plan of the house. It is vandalized we call and call send messages and no one responds. The house is a mess the windows you can pop out the sliding door can be popped out the lights and plugs don't work. Kitchen cupboards are missing damages everywhere. We got the plumbing, electrical and beetle certifate but not the plan the structure build is unsafe it could fall anytime that's why we asked the plan of this structure. We are paying almost R10, 000 per month for this vandalize home that wasn't in this state when we viewed it. If we ask questions they rude they don't pick up the house is leaking. The main bedroom en suite bath and shower is leaking the pipes are missing everywhere. We told the attorneys to put it on hold when we saw this SP attorneys we said we don't want this house anymore Mnr Truter ran out and went on by putting this house on our name we didn't give the house ahead or sign any handover letter. No no no this is not fair the house is unstable leakage every where. They broke the bath in main bedroom en suite. The lights is hanging from the roof not fixed.

How can we live here and pay R10.000 we might aswell bought another house. Do you think we will buy a property that has all these damages no. What person in there right mind will buy a house in this state and pay R10.000 per month we couldn't move in the landlord at our old house we rented charged us per day. As we couldn't move in the new home. They nowhere to be found they changed there name from Ayoba to Theron Properties now.

We need the plan, the compliance certificates are incomplete. Who can help us we really need help. We are not the only people they did this to.

Please Please anyone reading this we beg you to help us. It's not fair to pay R10.000 for a vandalized house. Westridge Farrier street we moved in but can't do anything as everything is broken inside the house we have pictures of the house when we viewed it, and we have pictures of the house when it was move in day. They were supposed to hand over the key 24hrs prior we stood here for a week every day and came by because the tenants had to move there stuff out. Here was 3 tenants placed in this house after we viewed it. We can't fix this. We didn't brake any of this stuff. This is a time to be happy we bought our first home. And we can't celebrate because the house is distress.

Anyone Anyone please we beg you for help come look at this place it's not worth R10.000 per month. We bought it for R700.000 it's a pyramid scheme. But we do have videos and photos to prove to anyone that can help us
