AYOBA Projects & Construction - PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION

To all who are contemplating home repairs or new home building,

Use extreme caution when considering the services of AYOBA projects and construction. The CEO Michaell Brand is probably the most dishonest and distrustful contractor I have ever come across and the web of lies spun is nothing short of stunning. I think subsequent to this review users could expect a counter-positive review which rest assured is not an actual customer but AYOBA itself trying to preserve its own reputation.

AYOBA has no conscience whatsoever in trying to dupe unsuspecting home owners. It is a borrow from Peter to pay Paul approach (using one client's money to either settle claims or build for the other) and for anyone considering using the company's services for home building or repairs I would strongly suggest to do a thorough investigation on the company and track-record i.e. request proper referrals and go on site visits which I am certain will uncover a host of dissatisfied clients with slip shod work (if AYOBA is even able to provide referrals on request).

Suffice to say, AYOBA's deliberate and manipulative ways has caused myself and my family enormous financial and emotional havoc. An experience with this contractor is not for the faint hearted.

We stupidly ignored glaring signs from site workers complaining directly to us of non-payment for services rendered to a web of lies regarding sub contractors to cover up the company's inability to manage funds and pure lack of workmanship.

We foolishly believe we are protected when a contractor is part of the NHBRC or other major body. The reality however is that these bodies are in fact designed to make claims processes complicated and fail miserably in protecting the very people the body was designed to protect (the home-owner).

Once again, use extreme caution when considering the services of AYOBA Projects and Construction.
