Ayob Bond attorneys DONT USE THEM!!!

Due to impending sale of our property I was asked by Danel at Viljoen and Quinn attorneys to pay the bond settlement costs for my Property I was selling. I was advised via email with banking details to pay Ayob Bond Attorneys R4537.50. This was for cancellation of the bond etc. This was paid on the 15th October 2018. The sale fell through which means I am entitled to a refund of the money. On contacting them via email and phone Numerous times nothing has come of this. At first they said they have a record of the money but the person who runs the trust account died and so they dont have access. Then the story went to they cannot find the money. Proof of payment was send again. Then I was told to contact MR Sabdia. He was even put on copy by one of the Secretaries. He has yet to get back to me. If you want to have hassles and possibly have the sale of your property fall through due to them not finding your money then use them by all means. But BE VERY CAREFUL. They are by far the most unprofessional Attorneys I have dealt with so far. No one answers your emails and no one gets back to you and now months later I still have no money and they have it all. Nedbank cannot or will not assist even though this is there attorneys for the cancellation of the bond. All round bad service
