Refund Not Received, *******!

I have made an over payment in error on the 3rd of November 2017 and only picked it up at the end of November. I've send emails to AYM I.T. Designs since the beginning of December and got a response on the 15th of December acknowledging my query and saying my refund will be processed shortly. Since then I've been calling the numbers on there website with no answer only voicemail, I keep on emailing but no response. VERY Poor customer service. I feel ******. I would give zero stars if it was allowed
