Inconsistent level of service

The service during the week is totally different from level of service during the weekends. In actual fact there is no service at all during the week, we are experiencing this for the 2nd time and It's upsetting. The drinks were so Warm and the waitress was not bothered after we informed her and that is on top of bring the drinks 28 minutes later, mind you the place was not even packed. As for food we waited for close to an hour and 45 minutes and half the things on the menu were unavailable.
