Bad attitude and service

We came to celebrate my friend's birthday (ayep yep menlyn). We were approached with an attitude. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get help. Eventually some girl came and told us to hurry because we kept on asking her about the menu. We ordered food and drinks..Still we waited 10 minutes to get our drinks, volah wrong order... We took it back.. waited for another 30 minutes... 2 hours later, we still waiting for our food. Our table had water all over, we asked them to wipe with, heeeeeeee! And no one came, we had to use a toilet paper (see picture attached)
