Ayepyep Lifestyle Lounge Menlyn Bad service!

phone (ayep yep menlyn) this morning. I was enquiring about a birthday party for myself in May. The gentleman said the lady that deals with this enquiry is not in yet I should phone back in 30 min time. Okay....I phoned back in an hour's time. A lady answer the phone, first finished laughing and said hello. "no telephone etiquette". I've told her my enquiring and she was just....079.....I said my lady I dont want someone off side, I want to know about the platters and need assistance on what will work best....and she was like....079.... then she dropped the phone. I phone back and another lady answered, I've then ask the lady to please assist me and she told her "laughing group" in their language this is the lady again.....and then she dropped the phone. I know my party is worth a lot then that rude staff of ayepyep.....If that is their behaviour I cant imagine how it would be on the day of the party.....siesssssss...... I guess because of my soft voice they thought I'm stupid mxm.....
