Worst Service !

I ordered 3pairs of Jeans from this lady in Durban 5weeks ago. She has stopped responding to my WhatsApp’s and doesn’t answer calls & till today has not sent my order. Her business seems legit but she is not professional at all . Every time i asked when i am getting my order she just kept saying next week , i have asked for a refund and still nothing . Why take my money & not give me my order ? Very upset about this as it was a lot of money I sent & for such treatment , this is unacceptable!
