Axxess is actually the worst ! I asked for assistance with a move as I was moving in the middle of the month at short notice. I had put in the move on the 2nd of July already they billed me full for July and then again for August I got billed for 2 lines. That is *****ing why would I need to pay for two services when only one service is being used? They should have a cut off as the 2nd is still early enough in the month to make it month end service. They will definitely be getting a notice of cancelation and loosing a client. Who can even pay for 2 services when it is already so expensive and you are not even using the connection.
