Poor Service

In January 2016, I registered with the Axon Foundation with a view of getting assistance in reducing my debts after I had received a low credit score. I last heard from in February 2016, each time I call their number it cuts. I've been unable to get any feedback yet monthly they deduct their fee 'what is called a contribution' to help the fund assist people like me. 2 months have gone by since I was promise a response in 30 days. Is this foundation legitimate? How helpful is it?
