<p>Good day sir/madam</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying you guys almost R400.00 every month and with that contribution I could have settled 2 accounts all ready.</p> <p>The last time I have received any correspondence from you was in April. According to that email you gave ABSA 10 days to respond and then we will take further action.</p> <p> I have not heard anything and we are already in July. I am beginning to think that this was a very bad mistake to ask you guys to help me with my debt, coz youive just been taking me money and whenever i send you an email to ask for an update, i get the same generic email response.</p> <p>You are not helping me, infact im finding it more difficult to cope with my debt payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why the delay? Please update me on where we are standing with regards to the absa loan account.</p> <p>My ID: 850 ********** 082</p> <p>ABSA LOAN: 302 ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I have almost being paying for a year now and I’m am exactly where I was last year, no progress on your supposed service.</p> <p> </p> <p>And the other question is why are you keeping on sending me documents to sign when I have already signed a power of attorney.
