Worst Service Delivery!

Worst service I ever experience in my life and I am in procurement. We have placed a order on the 26 September, and still waiting after the ETA was said to be 3-4 weeks from date of order. Everyday I get excuses and changes on my order. Empty promises. To everyone out there DO NOT ORDER ANY SUPERMICRO SERVER FROM THEM AS THEY ARE BEYOND THE WORST!
