Product end off life after Ordering it

I placed a order on the 2nd of March 2015 for a DAT160 Tape drive. Every time I phoned during March, they keep telling me that they are waiting for the Tape drive. I have been waiting since then and not once did somebody tell me that the product that I ordered is End Of Life. When I phone on the 31st of March, I only heard then for the first time that the product that I ordered is End-Of-Life after waiting a whole month for it. This is really unacceptable.<br> <br> I mailed Devandren as well as Imraan Hoosen on the 31st of March asking them what product is equivalent to this and if they could send me a quote. I have still not received any reply from both of them.<br>
