Have real estate agents left their integrity at their last sale???

Before I start my mini rant I just want to point out to real estate agents that buying a home is an extremely intense experience for most individuals. There's a flury of emotions. It's a time filled anxiety, excitement, fear and doubt. I'm not the sure that our professionals in the real estate sector understand this concept.

Long story short, I was interested in buying a house in Eagle Park, reached out to Rubin Alard to set up a viewing as per the ad. SMS'd and we arranged a viewing for the same day for 6pm. He advised me it was the last viewing as he wanted to present all offers to the seller the weekend. Just after 5 he texted me to say that the viewing was cancelled because he had to take his wife to hospital. I empathised with him and texted hom back on Monday. No response. Yesterday I emailed h9m directly from the ad, he responds and there are 2 offers pending on the house! I am gutted! We've been looking for a year and I'm just about sick and tired of the inhuman treatment that real estate agents are accustomed to dishing up. Understand that this is not a standard sale but an emotional one! I'm sick and tired of the disrespectful inhuman treatment of real estate agents!
