Wrong person for the job

I requested a quotation of the diesel filtration technology at AXI International on the 12/02/2015, The contact person Bill Miller (VP of Business Development) so unprofessional and doesn't live to his promises, After dozens of emails and many international calls I still don't have the quotation, if one take pride of his job I don't think that it would take almost a month to quote me on the machines claiming the company has more than ten your of research in the industry, it does not look like it, I'm so disappointed and would recommend Bill to be sent to customer services training
