Bad service

Worst experience ever 😪 so on sunday went there with the family to end of my birthday celebration. Food is ok not something to write home about long ques for food. Kids wanted waffles wait in line for like 20 minutes for waffles. Finally get to the front i order 4 waffles lady agrees. She then says seeing as you ordered 4 how about i help these two customers who only want one. Ok fine she helps the two customers now it's my turn. Mind you it's now 25 minutes waiting she then tells me i won't be able to get 4 as batter is finished. Ok give me 3 get my waffles not worth the wait 😤 even kids didn't enjoy. The service is poor you wait forever for drinks. Bill comes i pay the bill came to 790 first transaction doesnt go through cause of the network. We try it again it goes through waiter says no it didn't he taps again goes through. Now got two transaction of the same amount that went through. Called the manager he was no help. Hr called the owner also no help. Get told its a Sunday banks are closed . Give them benefit of doubt 👏. Im promised first thing Monday morning they'll check with yocu to verify if indeed it went through twice. Monday morning I'm doing the calling nothing on the side. Even went to the establishment all the way from the east. Call the owner lady called kirsty she tells me . Yocu confirmed the double transaction and they'll be issuing a refund. Mind you this is monday morning got the invoice for refund. Tuesday goes by nothing in my account mind you not even a call to say did you get your funds. Wednesday again i call the other owner Warren has no clue on what's going on. Telling me kirsty is at the doctor's not sure what time she will be back. It's Wednesday still no funds returned in my account and they now ghosting me . Even with the invoice of refund im still with no funds in my account. All i want is my money 790 might not be alot to them but to me it's alot. I work hard for my money for rich entitled people to take it just like that. Or is it because im black? Is that why there's no agency on this matter.
