Axe it Fourways Refund

I reserved and paid for a booking online for 27th March 2025 for 2 people.

I arrived at the venue, 30 minutes prior to my appointment time, only to be turned away by the security guard on duty, informing me that the venue closed at 4pm and my online tickets were booked for 8pm.

Despite numerous attempts, to Kirsty the owner as well as the WhatsApp and email number on the website, I have to date received little to no feedback regarding a refund that I have been requesting since March.
