Useless expensive support

<p>I am a developer, subscribed to AWS free tier. Needed my default VPC re-created, no button to do that, subscribe to support service. I get billed for pro rata use this month and also for next month. Then I get a useless answer that is not even accurate with regards to using ec2 ansible plugin to create vm. So I now have a cut and paste answer for wrong question at the price of $48!</p>
