Contacted this company AWS Waterproofing Experts Cape Town and made an appointment. on the day of the appointment time, no one pitched up I contacted them and they gave a lame excuse, so I asked to reschedule for the next day. the contractor came out but with a ***boy attitude they did their investigation and then I asked when I could expect the report and a quotation for the damp damages. been following up with them and had poor responses and then today they gave a massive attitude and unprofessional behavior and the phone was put down on my ear. the company is not competent, very rude and unprofessional
