This is seriously not on! def going to take this

I bought a pair of shoes from the AWOL shoes in lakeside mall, not to mention i fitted in on when i got home and it hurt me, so i phoned the store the very next day to get a refund oh get an exchange cause i don't want the shoe anymore, its still in the box in the packet and has a slip, the lady i spoke to at the store told me it wasn't possible, so please explain to me what the hell must i then do with this shoe. really. i am this this up further believe me
