Shadeport herstel met nuwe net Aug 2017 (4jr) gelede Kabel gebreek met wind Junie 2021 Awnings & Blinds George geen waarborg op verswakte kabel van 4 jaar oud. Raad vir naverkoopdiens word verwag maar geen reaksie verwag betaling vir vervanging van kabel

Our warranty on shade ports is one (1) year.
Although we use galvanised cable, we can not guarantee against rust if your residence is near the sea. We can also not guarantee our products against storm damage. It is our professional opinion, being in the business for 32 years, that the cable broke as a result of the storm winds we experienced.
We would gladly replace the cable at the quoted charge, as it is three (3) years out of warranty already.
We pride ourselves on our after sales service, but are limited by reason.
