AWESOME SERVICE

Recently (June 2021) I bought a 1.5 m wall awning, a product of Awning Warehouse (Jhb) - it is quite a popular item. We had very strong winds in Cape Town, and the polycarbonate board was forced out of the frame by the wind, and bent, rendering it unusable. I was of course upset, because I did not anticipate that this could happen. Any case, I knew that the store that sold the awning would not replace it, so I appealed to Awning Warehouse. I received a call from them, and was told that they would courier a new board to me, which promptly happened a few days later. Now that is excellent customer service - such that is often not seen. It's an excellent product, and this is an excellent company. Thanks very much Awning Warehouse.
