Awesome Tools is AWESOME

Awesome Tools is just that, AWESOME!!!!! I have been looking for a sheath for my Leatherman MultiTool for a while now. After struggling with agents and a good couple of run-arounds, I decided to go to the source itself, the importers of Leatherman products. What a nice surprise it was to speak to people who has a passion for customer relations, according to their reactions over the telephone. I spoke to a lady called Mia and asked her whether they have what I wa looking for. I was told that they have in stock and was asked to go onto their website and order it directly as this will make it a lot easier. I asked her whether I could arrange my own pick-up or whether I had to use their courier service and she told me that I could use my own, which was a nice touch. She gave me all the details I needed and not long after the direct purchase online I received a confirmation email confirming my order as well as an email from Mia confirming again that they acknowledge that I am arranging my own pick-up.

This all happened before the weekend. On Monday I received a mail from Justin saying that my package was ready for collection as my payment reflected on their statements. I arranged my pick-up and received my package on Tuesday morning. I would recommend anyone to do business with Awesome Tools and support them and I will definitely be supporting them in the future. Definitely the kind of people I can do business with.
