Awesome Tools -Awesome service! I am blown away by the amazing service, especially from Charlene. My Stanley Master Series 1.9l flask *****-on lid was worn and the stopper stayed behind in the flask. She posted me replacements immediately to my Grenstone Cape Union Mart at no cost and no questions asked. They certainly honour the life-time warranty on this great product. Well done Charlene. You were amazing😘
