AWESOME Awesome Tools

This is now my third excellent experience with Awesome tools and I wholly recommend this family run company. Previously I had issues with two LED Lenser torches, one of which was a gift so no receipt. On both occasions when I contacted Awesome Tools, no questions asked but simply courier collection and replacement. I recently checked their website and saw that the incredible i7 torch that I had lost came in a rechargeable option but they were out of stock. I sent an email asking when they next expected stock and received a reply 30 minutes later from Mia. She explained that they were phasing out the rechargeable i7 but had 3 units left. I asked for one, received an invoice, paid and supp**** delivery address. All of this took place within 24 hours from sending my first email. Today(7 days after my first email) my torch arrived and is busy charging . The incredible service from Awesome Tools puts other companies to shame! If you are looking for a Led Lenser, leatherman multi-tool, Opinel knife or similar products.....please go on the Awesome Tools website. They are AWESOME!
