Terrible Service and Claim has never been completed

I completed all documents, submitted everything to Mariska after having a run around with home affairs with regards to my surname change. Got a mail from Mariska that she received all my originals and that they had been submitted. Since then I have received no feedback after sending countless emails and whatsapps and calling with no answer. I have now also not been paid out my Maternity UIF!
