Department of labour doesnt even have my documents

Initially I was extremely impressed with the service received by awesome moms. They were fast and efficient and was some of the best service I had received in a very long time. Its been 50 working days and my UIF claim has still not been paid (supposed to take 35-45 working days). I followed up via email, no reply. I texted the number that always gave me prompt response, no response. I called and no answer. Eventually Mariska responded and called and followed up with an email with my UI1 (confirmation that all documents had been submitted) and the number of the Department of labour and told that the Department doesnt want anything to do with them, we must follow up. On calling the Labour Department I have found out that there is a list of us using the same agent that have all had the same issue (he actually laughed). My documents are not on the system and he says that its Awesome Moms responsibility to sort out these claims. Richmond has been very helpful and hopefully we can get this sorted out but there is something ***** and I dont suggest you use them unless you want the hassle of having to sort it our at the end like both myself and the long list that the Labour Department has from people who have claimed using Awesome Moms.
