Unprofessional Manager/ Unnecessary interview
*Subject: Concerns Regarding Interview Process and Professionalism* On, I attended a scheduled interview. The hiring manager arrived 45 minutes after the agreed time. During our discussion, I was informed that there were currently "no available positions," which made the purpose of the scheduled interview unclear.[date] In addition to the delay, the interview did not appear to be structured or prepared. There was no indication that my CV or qualifications had been reviewed prior to the meeting. The process felt inconsistent, and there was observable favoritism toward other candidates, with limited consideration given to the qualifications and experience of those present. The overall conduct of the interview did not meet expected professional standards and created an uncomfortable environment for candidates. I believe this feedback is important to share to help ensure a more consistent, respectful, and effective recruitment process going forward.
