Is there a ***** selection criteria at play here?

<p>This is not an indictment of the business. Friends and I have made numerous applications (over the last few years) to this organization because we're youth and we'd like to gain some experience working abroad. Unfortunately, we've been declined without reason, each time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not particularly disconcerted when a company asks that you provide a photograph of yourself when applying, normally. But I cannot help but notice, on the company's YouTube channel, their website gallery and the sort, that all of the recruits, without fail, appear to be Caucasian, mostly Afrikaans as well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again, not an indictment, just a concern.
