AWAN TECHNOLOGIES - QUESTIONABLE OR NOT??
Awan Technologies advertised a 2 day Trauma Counseling Workshop at cost R7999. They cancelled the event 24hrs prior. I was informed that I will receive 100% refund. Then when I started to enquire about when they will refund me, excuses started. I was told to attend another course if possible, which is inconvenient to me as it is +- 350km away from my location. I was informed that I will get my refund. Nothing happened. It is 2 months since the course was cancelled with me and promises were made to refund me. Promises were made to forward me information, nothing happens. I am starting to think that AWAN TECHNOLOGIES are not a legitimate company. Information search on the internet does not provide much and cell numbers provided are not working. The landline only gets answered by one person, Moffat, which delays and refuses information.

26 Jun 2019, 12:33Hi Tanya, this was very unfortunate, we have never cancelled an event since 2005 and its sad you feel that way. you will get a refund. from this experience all delegates now pay after training. you will be refunded apologies.
