Awahome (castiron C)

Awa home (Castiron C) is a company that claims to sell “modern deco” and trades primarily via Instagram and WhatsApp. I bought a glass coffee table from them and was disappointed to find that the table is not sturdy (you would think this is expected of a coffee table but not the case). I reached out to them soon afterwards to express my dismay with the product to which they finally agreed to a refund. It’s been two weeks since then and the refund has not been initiated and no one has arrived to collect the table. My messages currently go unread at this point. I don’t recommend their services at all, as a first time client, they give black business a bad name!
