Unprofessional behaviour at Avuxeni Computer Acade

Avuxeni Computer Academy had a branch in Witbank. I sent Mrs F. Mtshali to do ICT Office Administration course. Later the branch was closed and moved to Middelburg, by that time Mrs Mtshali were already finished with her course but still owing the school. I paid the outstanding amount on 28th April 2015 and I requested her certificate. They said she must come do the paper work in Middelburg, she done that, then they promised her that she will get her certificate as soon as possible. Nothing happened then I've started to give them a call at ***(Middelburg branch), they kept on saying they are busy printing it and will be delivered soon. Now if I call Middelburg branch no one is willing to give a truth, I even called the area Manager Mr Anton ***), he is also unable to sort the problem out instead he referred the problem to someone else to sort it out. Up until now nothing is happening and they don't even bother themself to call and explain if there is a problem.
