Non delivery of subscription magazines

I have been a subscriber of SA Homeowner for the past six years and have been receiving the magazines through post. Unfortunately this year 2018, my magazines have not been coming through despite my subscription renewal payment of R239.40 in March this year. i have been following up with Philile Mathebula from the company and I am always told that my issue is being resolved. At first, she referred the matter to Richard Goussard, who also failed to assist and claimed that there is no access to me through the post office! This despite me receiving the magazines though the same post box number for the past six years. I wrote an email to Philile again on 2nd July 2018 complaining about the fact that I am still waiting for my magazines, she did not respond. I followed up with several phone calls, still no magazines to date!!
