Home Owners Subscription

I subscribed to the Home Owners magazine and my 1st Issue was due in April 2015 (this issue i received). I have been phoning the call centre on ***since the 14th of May 2015 every day regarding my non delivery, every time they say they will get someone to call me back, nobody has called me back. I have to phone every day. I have even spoken to one of the managers and all they say is they will get back to me, she has still not phoned me back. I have spent more on phone call than what i have saved on subscription discount. I have now lost out on 2 issues. it is also not just the issues i am losing out on but it is old news and if there was any competitions, specials or events in these issues i have also lost out on them. I have been for the past 2 years buying these magazines on the shelf and thought it would be easier if they are delivered to me, big mistake.
