Spare Key

I bought a Car at AVURA and then I asked if they are any issue on the car was told none but upon collecting it was told no spare key but now, they don't to assist me with getting one, I even willing to go 50/50 on the quote I got from VW. but the owner of dealer is refusing. DONT waste your money on this dealer
