Avura ********s

Three years ago I bout a car from avura. About a month after having the car I damaged the sump. I called the salesman who sold me the car. He had the car towed to a garage where the machanic said the sump was damaged. We had the car sent to a panel beater where it was discovered that there was previous accident damage. The insurance company had a forensic investigator look at the car and sent a report through about two months after the discovery. In the Leane they report is was clearly stated that the previous accident damage was so bad that it was questioned how the car made it through roadworthy. I was keeping in contact with the salesman the whole time. The response of avura was that it was not their problem. After seeking legal advice I was advised to approach the ombudsman with the complaint my lawyer duly did this and avura responded by saying that we had not given them walls written complaint within six months. We had sent the report of accident damage to the saleman. Avura said it is not their problem I would like to caution everybody. Avura is shameless I am not the first victim check out hello Peter and you will see. Do not do business with them at all
