Avura Executive Auto Rustenburg...NEVER AGAIN!
Be careful when buying a vehicle from Avura (Motors) Executive Auto in Rustenburg. They sell you “fix-me-up” accident damaged and bank repossessed vehicles that they buy cheap from auctions. THEY WILL NOT DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION TO YOU UPFRONT WHEN BUYING THE VEHICLE.
Take caution to make 100% sure that when you sign the OTP documents, YOU IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR A COPY OF THE OTP DOCUMENTS, SIGNED OR UNSIGNED BY THEM. Make sure that when you sign the OTP documents, you strike through any open spaces that is not relevant to your sale agreement or vehicle, especially the areas where they have to disclose previous work done on the vehicle or known issues. DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN SPACES WHERE THEY CAN WRIGHT STUFF IN AFTERWARDS ON THE OTP DOCUMENTS AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED!
Check your sale agreement and invoice if they add the smash and grab on your vehicle without your consent. THEY WILL ADD THIS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE AND THEN IT FORMS PART OF YOUR FINANCE TO THE BANK. Ask yourself this question, if your vehicle comes with smash and grab from the factory, why do they add it again to your vehicle? If they ever do…
If they say there is a DEKRA report available for the vehicle, DO NOT BELIEVE THAT BULL****! Insist on the DEKRA report! They will tell you the DEKRA report is locked in the offices somewhere and that they are still searching for it. They will also tell you long stories that the DEKRA report is with the NATIS documents and that they can assure you the vehicle is in “showroom” condition.
Save yourself from disappointment, frustration, heartburn, sky-high legal costs, a lemon vehicle and exercise DUE DILLIGENCE AND CAUTION when dealing with them!
Also take note that their "management" hides up stairs in the offices when there are problems on the sales floor.
ACCOUNTABILITY, ETHICS and HONESTY is non-existing at this place.
