Worst service ever 😠😡

I am so disappointed in the service that I received from Avum. I bought Combo 6 on the 29th of January, my hair was delivered on the 7th of February but it was only the straight wig. I immediately called and was told to send Whatsapp which I did, Simolin told me I'd receive my 2nd wig the following week which was supposed to be between the 14th and the 18th of February. I have been waiting since, the only communication I get is "next week", "tomorrow" and "this week". When I called on the 8th March Simolin told me that the hair was still at the warehouse but on the 4th I was told that "it's already with courier guy". I have given up on getting the hair, they don't want to refund my money or to send my 2nd wig
