Worst company to order from 🤮🤮

Worst company ever, their whatsapp line is as useless as their facebook page, placed an order on the 3rd of October and never got the responding tracking number forcmy order that i am apperatnly suppose to produce when chasing my order through their whatsapp until i commented on their facebook page which they said they will confirm the payment with payfast, Payfast emailed the next day saying payment was recieved but never allocated they would do so on the next business day which was Friday the 26 th of November today its the 3rd working day and i have not yet heard from them stil i thought they valued their customers but now i know i thought wrong
