Where is my order

I placed an order on 31 August, paid fast delivery which is 2 - 3 days delivery option. I am yet to receive my tracking information. WhatsApp services is not helpful they don't even know what they are doing, The person I spoke to told me to go to pudo tracking and when I asked for the tracking number they did not respond. I just want my order nothing more. The last communication was on the 10th of September and still nothing.
