Very angry and disappointed

Hello, I asked my sister to buy me a wig at 1 of their branches in Century City in Cape Town that was around the 3rd of December, we haven't received them. She keeps going to get them and they always tell her they are not ready, sometimes they're finished and the other day they told her to go there early (I don't know for what, coz we paid in full). She went again on Saturday 21 December they had already closed at 14:30 and now they don't answer the phone. *** no answer on this one, this one is recently always on voice mail ***. I'm very disappointed. Please call my sister on this number *** Sisanda Gura, she's supposed to bring them to Welkom for festive holidays. We still running around even today, calling, sending WhatsApps and even complained on their website. I'm very angry and disappointed with the service
