Unprofessional

I have place an order on the 18/09/22 haven't received a tracking number sent them WhatsApp to advise about this they told me I will receive tracking number till today I am still waiting bad service ever from Avum. I've trusted you guys but you do not deliver nor stick to your time frame given you exceeded what you have promised. I'll never order from here again.
