Unhappy client

On the 31st of March I placed an order online through a sales agent by the name of Mukona, hair was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days since than I haven’t received my order. They hv blocked my from their fb page and messenger . I asked for a refund but still. Mukona has been ignoring me and failed to get back to me. I have made all kinds of contact with them but they are quiet
