Unhappy and dissatisfied

I ordered a 20inch full frontal on the 2nd of April according to the picture that was advertised on their website. The hair that I received was nothing like the hair that was advertised. I sent a message on WhatsApp regarding this and the response I received was very unsatisfactory. I was told that the 20inch hair I got . A 14inch closure was installed. I was under the impression according to the specifications that the whole wig would be a 20inch but this was not the case. The hair is uneven and the wig is poorly made. Not very good quality. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told that the manager says that I must buy a longer closure. Their service was horrible and they didn’t even make efforts in resolving this. I very disappointed and would never recommend them. They also indicated that all their wigs are glueless, again this is not true. This is false advertising and misrepresentation of their products.
