TOTALLY DISAPOINTED IN AVUM.

Not happy at all, on the website it says it takes 5-7 days to ship an order, its been 3 weeks. I placed an order online and made a payment at checkers same day, I emailed and watsapp the proof of payment. Every time I enquire about when they will dispatch my order I get tomorrow ,friday or monday. I am starting to feel like I have been ****med. I got a paxi tracking number which is real but all they did was purchase a bag. Its sad that when you try to support local business this is what happens. I am No longer excited for my order and feel like a refund would do.
